Responsibilities
- Advise on all product endorsements and/or influencer related matters.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (vendor, supplier, partnerships).
- Develop and review company policies to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, procurement, and creative to provide strategic legal advice.
- Support international expansion, entity formation, and manage local counsel.
Requirements
- J.D. and CA bar preferred.
- 5+ years of transactional experience, post-bar admission (law firm + in-house).
- Experience with retail/e-commerce a plus.
