Role & Responsibilities
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
M&A, private equity, venture capital
Fund formation or investment management
Capital markets

Litigation experience with interest in corporate work
Responsibilities include:
Supporting and leading complex transactions
Drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements
Managing due diligence and deal execution
Advising clients on corporate strategy and risk
Collaborating with colleagues across offices and practice groups
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
3-8 years of corporate, transactional, or related experience
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
