  • Support administration and optimization of contract lifecycle management and legal operations technologies.
  • Maintain accurate contract, matter, and legal record databases to support reporting and compliance initiatives.
  • Monitor contract obligations, renewal dates, notice periods, and critical milestones.
  • Collaborate with procurement, project management, risk management, and legal stakeholders to improve contracting processes.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and metrics related to contract lifecycle management, legal workload, and operational performance.
  • Assist with workflow automation and implementation of technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and process documentation for internal business stakeholders.
  • Support legal department process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts administration, contract management, legal operations, procurement, corporate legal departments, or related fields.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial, vendor, procurement, or construction-related agreements.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal workflow management.
  • Experience working with legal technology platforms, contract management systems, or matter management tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
