Complex Litigation Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of active civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, attend depositions, and participate in mediations and trials.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies in coordination with senior attorneys.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to procedural deadlines.
Complex Litigation Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in New York/New Jersey.
- 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense or commercial litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
