A top international law firm is seeking a talented Banking & Finance Associate with 2-5 PQE to join its highly regarded team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions for major financial institutions, corporates, and private equity sponsors. You will gain exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and general corporate lending, within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
About the Team
The Banking & Finance team advises leading banks, financial institutions, and corporates, delivering commercially focused, partner-led guidance. Recognised for its expertise in domestic and cross-border financing, the team supports clients across a diverse range of transactions, ensuring a varied mix of challenging and high-value work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of banking and finance matters
- Advise clients on structuring and executing complex financing transactions
- Support cross-border transactions
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on regulatory and risk issues
- Draft and negotiate complex financing agreements and related documentation
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong experience in banking and finance transactions
- Great technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
