- RMBS, ABS, CLOs and other securitization products

- Partner‑led teams with meaningful responsibility and visibility for associates

The Ideal Candidate
You are a highly qualified attorney with strong transactional instincts and a desire to deepen your practice on sophisticated structured matters.
You bring:
- Midlevel to senior law firm experience in corporate and/or finance transactions
- Background in structured finance or securitization (strongly preferred)
- Experience with RMBS, ABS, CLOs, and/or complex financing structures (highly preferred, but not required)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong drafting skills and commercial judgment
- The ability to manage complex matters and interface directly with clients
- Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of your target office

- Base salary range (NY, IL, DC): $225,000-$435,000, depending on experience and level
