About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our legal team in Greenville, South Carolina. This role will serve as a key partner to internal attorneys, business leaders, procurement, sales, engineering, and operations teams, supporting the company's growing portfolio of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing the full contract lifecycle within a manufacturing, industrial, technology, or infrastructure-focused environment.
This is a fully on-site position offering the opportunity to work directly with a fast-growing business that designs and manufactures advanced cooling solutions for data centers and critical infrastructure facilities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, revise, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Customer sales agreements
- Master service agreements (MSAs)
- Supply and procurement contracts
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Distribution and reseller agreements
- Statements of work (SOWs)
- Vendor and subcontractor agreements
- Licensing and technology-related contracts
- Support contract negotiations by coordinating redlines, tracking revisions, and communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.
- Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and legal documentation processes.
- Track contractual obligations, key milestones, notices, renewal deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams to identify contractual risks and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist with legal research, corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliance initiatives as needed.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation matters by coordinating document collection and maintaining records.
- Develop and improve contract management workflows and legal operations processes.
- Assist with implementation and administration of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Train internal stakeholders on contracting procedures, approval processes, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, with significant focus on commercial contracts.
- Experience supporting in-house legal departments or corporate legal functions.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial contracting processes.
- Proven experience managing high volumes of agreements in a fast-paced business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering, technology, energy, or infrastructure industries.
- Familiarity with domestic and international commercial agreements.
- Experience supporting procurement and supply chain contracting activities.
- Knowledge of data center, construction, or mission-critical infrastructure industries.
- Experience with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractWorks, DocuSign CLM, or similar systems.
