Senior Derivatives Documentation Attorney - Tier-1 Investment Bank
Our client, a prestigious Tier-1 Investment Bank, is seeking a seasoned ISDA Negotiator to join their fast-paced documentation negotiation team supporting global derivatives transactions across Rates, FX, Credit, LatAm, and Risk Solutions. If you are seeking an opportunity to work at the heart of financial markets, shaping deals and operating directly with a diverse portfolio of corporate and private equity clients, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation and execution of complex financial agreements (ISDA, CSAs, and more)
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across legal, credit, risk, trading, and operations to deliver seamless transaction execution
- Conduct due diligence, manage documentation workflows, and maintain high-quality data and reporting
- Influence internal strategy to enhance productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Deep experience in financial services, with a focus on derivatives documentation and collateral arrangements
- Strong understanding of ISDA terms, credit agreements, and account control agreements
- Experience working with corporate and private equity clients, including those in emerging markets
Our client operates on a hybrid work schedule and requires employees to be onsite Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
