The Senior Contracts Administrator supports the Legal and Risk Team in drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on construction and manufacturing projects. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure contracts align with company policies and effectively manage risk.
Job Summary:
Seeking a contracts professional with strong knowledge of commercial and construction agreements, including key terms like indemnity, liability, warranties, and payment provisions. This role supports contract negotiation, risk assessment, and proposal development in collaboration with legal, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts.
- Identify and manage contractual risks.
- Support proposal efforts and internal risk reviews.
- Maintain contract standards and ensure compliance.
- Advise internal teams on contract terms and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in legal, business, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration or construction management.
- Strong understanding of contract law and risk management in manufacturing or construction.
