We are supporting a growing European investment firm in hiring a Compliance Officer for its German regulated entity.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, offering full remote working from anywhere in Germany and a high degree of flexibility around working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as BaFin-registered Compliance Officer (MiFID-regulated environment)
- Own the compliance framework, including policies, controls, and ongoing development
- Oversee AML/KYC (GwG) processes and regulatory reporting
- Manage audits and liaise with external advisors and regulators
Your Profile:
- 5+ years' experience in BaFin-regulated compliance (e.g. asset management, investment firms, capital markets)
- Strong knowledge of MiFID II and AML requirements
- Experience in independent or standalone compliance roles
- Fluent in German and English
