Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Employment Litigation Attorney with at least 8 years of experience to join their growing national team. This full-time, remote position will focus exclusively on handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of employment litigation with a focus on EPLI matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.
- Independently handle a full caseload from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, ensuring high-quality advocacy and strategic litigation planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and insurance carriers to develop case strategies and provide timely updates on case progress.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation using case management software.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on employment law trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in good standing in one of the following states:
California, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, or Texas. - Minimum of 8 years of hands-on employment litigation experience, with a strong preference for EPLI casework.
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently and efficiently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of legal writing and oral advocacy.
- Experience conducting and defending depositions, handling court appearances, and engaging in motion practice.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $240,000 annually
(Exact compensation will be based on geography, experience, skills, and other qualifications.) - Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based bonuses available.
