Employment Special Counsel:

A nationally recognized labor and employment practice is seeking an experienced Employment Special Counsel to join its team and handle Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters exclusively on a fully remote, reduced hours basis. This full‑time, fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients, complex litigation, and a high‑performing group of attorneys dedicated to management-side employment law.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of employment litigation experience, with a strong background managing EPLI claims from intake through resolution. Candidates should demonstrate excellent writing skills, comfort handling high‑volume casework, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, carriers, outside counsel, and internal team members. The role is well‑suited for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys substantive litigation work, and values the flexibility of a fully remote practice.

Attorneys must be licensed and in good standing in the state where they reside. Eligible locations include:

Compensation:
For candidates residing in California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington, the salary range for this role is $150,000-$240,000, depending on experience, geographic market, education, and additional qualifications. The role also includes eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
