Key Responsibilities
- Monitor U.S. regulatory activities and ensure compliance with CFTC, FERC, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage swap reporting processes, including data integration and contract analysis for complex instruments.
- Implement automated systems for trade surveillance and position limit monitoring.
- Investigate compliance discrepancies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and develop corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field (graduate degree preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in market or operational compliance, ideally in commodity trading.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and scripting tools (Python, Alteryx).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
