A boutique plaintiff litigation firm located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and high‑performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocacy, enjoys courtroom practice, and wants hands‑on experience across a wide range of impactful plaintiff-side matters.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions
- Propounding and responding to written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting oral arguments in court
- Participating in jury trials and gaining meaningful trial experience
This role offers exposure to complex and varied litigation, with the chance to work independently while being supported by experienced trial attorneys.
Practice Areas
Our firm's caseload spans a broad range of plaintiff‑side civil litigation matters, including:
- Toxic torts
- Habitability and slum housing
- Consumer class actions
- Mass torts
- Business litigation
- Personal injury

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $370,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
