About the Role:
This position involves managing a diverse litigation caseload, with a particular emphasis on labor & employment matters. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent advocacy and writing skills, comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Litigation Attorney Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate on case strategy and client communications
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal standards
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in state of residence
- 3-8 years of litigation experience, with an interest in labor and employment
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively within a team
