Leasing Officer (Retail)

A well-established real estate asset management platform with a sizeable retail and commercial portfolio in Hong Kong is seeking a Leasing Officer (Retail) to join its team. The portfolio comprises strategically located assets across core urban districts, largely situated within densely populated communities and in close proximity to major MTR stations. Assets under management are approximately HKD 60 billion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end retail leasing and marketing activities, including market research, tenant sourcing, cold calling, lease negotiations, tenancy administration, and handling tenant enquiries and complaints
  • Work closely with the property management team to support daily operations
  • Coordinate premises take-over and hand-over, fitting-out and design approvals, and renovation works
  • Liaise with real estate agents and external vendors
  • Prepare and maintain leasing presentations, reports, and dashboards in a timely manner
  • Partner with the marketing team to support tenant promotion activities and drive foot traffic
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Real Estate or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in retail leasing, ideally gained from a property developer, landlord, or real estate asset / private equity management platform
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

Compensation

  • Base salary budgeted at approximately HKD 30,000 per month, with flexibility depending on experience and profile
