Labor & Employment Associate
An Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate from law school class years 2017 through 2021 to join its New York office. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes employer-side litigation, including class and representative actions, as well as advisory and investigative matters. Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
- Handle class and representative actions, including briefing and motion practice.
- Conduct internal investigations and provide day-to-day employment law advice.
- Draft policies, training materials, and client communications.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience at a peer law firm.
- Experience in class actions is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
