A nationally recognized legal organization is seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its expanding team. This opportunity is open to attorneys across the U.S. and offers flexible work arrangements, including remote options.

This role is ideal for a proactive attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of employment law matters. The successful candidate will advise on complex workplace issues, manage litigation and investigations, and deliver strategic, business-oriented solutions across industries and jurisdictions.

Labor and Employment Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management
  • Represent clients in employment litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
  • Conduct internal investigations and support employee relations matters
  • Advise on labor relations, workforce strategy, and organizational planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver practical legal solutions

Labor and Employment Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law
  • Strong litigation, counseling, and investigative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
