Are you an experienced litigator ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a General Liability Associate Attorney to join an AMLaw 100 defense litigation team. This role offers complex, diverse cases, a collaborative environment, and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Manage a litigation caseload independently from inception through resolution
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on strategic legal projects
- Communicate directly with clients and provide detailed status reports
What We're Looking For
- JD from an accredited law school + admission to practice in NY
- 3-8 years litigation experience in general liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense
- Preferred: Construction/Labor Law (NY Labor Law §§200, 240, 241), trucking litigation, transportation matters, OSHA proceedings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
