A leading international law firm is seeking a Fund Finance Associate with 3-6+ years of experience to join its growing Fund Finance practice. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated transactions with major private equity sponsors, asset managers, banks, and alternative lenders.
Role Overview
Representative Matters
- Subscription and hybrid credit facilities
- NAV-based and asset-level financings
- Syndicated and bilateral fund finance transactions
- Leverage and acquisition financings involving private funds
- Deals intersecting with fund formation, CLOs, and ABL
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years in fund finance or related areas (syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, ABL, NAV/acquisition financings)
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Experience managing deal components and engaging directly with clients
- Fund finance experience preferred; strong transferable finance backgrounds considered

Compensation
$260,000-$420,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and location, plus competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits.
