The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Finance Paralegal to join their team in Arlington, VA in a hybrid capacity (three days onsite per week). This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to support complex financing transactions, legal documentation, corporate governance workflows, and cross‑functional project execution.
This position offers meaningful growth opportunities within the rapidly expanding clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare draft legal documents, transaction materials, and related deal documentation.
- Support time‑sensitive financing closings and assist with closing coordination.
- Manage and complete legal requests, including corporate governance filings and internal process tracking.
- Coordinate and execute administrative and project‑related tasks across the Legal Finance team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a transactional legal environment.
- Paralegal certificate or relevant educational background preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
- Experience in renewable energy project finance is valued but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team‑oriented environment.
