Energy Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise-wide governance, risk, and business integrity initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate processes, controls, and potential areas of exposure across global operations.
- Manage sensitive internal reviews and investigations related to business conduct, policy adherence, and organizational standards.
- Oversee policy governance activities, including policy development, implementation, communication, and ongoing monitoring.
- Partner closely with legal, human resources, procurement, operations, and business leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
- Support third-party due diligence, risk monitoring, and oversight activities.
- Develop and deliver employee training, awareness campaigns, and communications to reinforce organizational expectations and ethical business practices.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments and assist with translating requirements into practical business solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing program effectiveness and operational resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in governance, compliance, ethics, legal, audit, investigations, risk management, or a related corporate function.
- Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments, internal investigations, compliance reviews, or control-testing activities.
- Experience supporting policy governance, third-party risk management, and employee training initiatives.
- Familiarity with anti-corruption, business conduct, sanctions, or related governance frameworks.
- Experience operating within the energy, infrastructure, industrial, transportation, maritime, or other highly regulated sectors preferred.
- Exposure to risks associated with international operations, supply chains, strategic projects, and third-party business relationships.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and work effectively across global teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
