Corporate Attorney (Mid-Senior Level)
Position: Mid-Senior Level Corporate M&A/Private Equity Attorney

Overview:
Our client, a leading international firm, is seeking a talented and driven Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate to join its growing transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-senior level attorney to work on sophisticated deals in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support complex M&A and private equity transactions, including buy-side and sell-side deals, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and strategic investments.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and ancillary documents.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and general business matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, finance, and regulatory counsel to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 4-8 years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a strong focus on M&A and/or private equity.
- Experience working with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and strategic buyers/sellers.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a growing practice.
Compensation:
