Construction Attorney
Our client is a specialized construction law firm offering a full spectrum of legal and claims management services tailored to the construction industry. Their areas of focus include drafting and negotiating contracts, mitigating project and enterprise risks, developing and resolving claims, and representing clients in arbitration, mediation, and litigation. They also provide ongoing support as outside general counsel, delivering strategic legal and risk management guidance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation discovery independently while collaborating with a team on other aspects of litigation cases.
- Maintain and organize client files with precision and confidentiality.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and legal documents.
- Assist partners and associates with case preparation and legal projects.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings, discussions with opposing counsel, and internal team meetings.
- Analyze case details to recommend optimal strategies and solutions.
- Handle client communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, with professionalism and attention to detail.
Experience and Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Construction Litigation (Required)
- License/Certification: Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Required)
- Work Location: Remote
