My client, a well‑regarded Global top law firm with a strong labor & employmenyt litigation platform, is seeking a labor & employment litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Seattle office. This is a compelling opportunity for attorneys currently at an AmLaw 50-200 or boutique firm who want top‑of‑market work, meaningful responsibility, and long‑term growth, without sacrificing quality of life.
The team handles complex, high‑stakes matters for sophisticated clients across a range of industries. Associates are given early responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to work closely with experienced partners who are invested in mentorship and professional development.
What They're Looking For
- 2-8+ years of labor & employment experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Experience handling complex disputes, investigations, or class actions a plus
- Washington bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)

Compensation
Pursuant to Washington regulations, the salary range is $190,000-$260,000+ (depending on your leveling with flexibility to go higherfor more senior/counsel level), depending on experience and credentials, plus eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
