We're seeking a Counsel or Special Counsel with 5-10+ years of experience in Employment Litigation or Labor & Employment Law to take the lead on high-impact cases, without the pressure of business development or rigid billable quotas.

What You Bring:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Strong background in employment law and litigation
- A proactive, independent mindset and a passion for excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $165,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
