This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity focused exclusively on employment law.
About the Role
This position is ideal for attorneys with 5+ years of employment law experience who want to focus on delivering exceptional legal work-without the demands of business development or frequent travel. You'll collaborate with a team of accomplished attorneys and legal professionals to support a diverse client base, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to administrative charges and demand letters
- Manage employment litigation in federal and state courts
- Engage with administrative agencies on behalf of clients
- Provide strategic legal counsel with minimal in-person obligations (e.g., depositions, hearings, or trials)
- Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with a flexible billable hours target that supports work/life balance
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a remote environment and brings deep expertise in employment litigation.
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law and litigation
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm setting
- Familiarity with EPLI-related matters
- Licensed and residing in one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Alabama, Georgia, or Michigan, Washington State
- California bar admission is a strong plus
