Traditional Labor Attorney

My client is seeking a skilled associate attorney with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience to join their Portland office. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration. Prior work defending or prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is strongly preferred. Candidates with some employment litigation experience will also be considered, especially those who have worked with both private and public sector employers.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of traditional labor law experience
  • Experience with collective bargaining and grievance arbitration
  • Familiarity with unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB
  • Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the Oregon Bar
