Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney
We are partnered with a highly reputable national client that is seeking a mid-level attorney to join their Labor & Employment litigatioin practice group in their Columbus, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Labor & Employment litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and other employment-related lawsuits.
- Manage litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Work on cases involving workplace compliance, employee relations, and regulatory matters.
- Represent employers in arbitration, mediation, and depositions
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of Labor & Employment experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from acredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $160,000 - $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
