About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in real estate transactional matters by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing key documents and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on real estate assets, including analyzing leases, recorded documents, title materials, and related property information.
- Draft and revise standard real estate documents, correspondence, and project‑related summaries.
- Manage critical dates, project timelines, and closing deliverables across multiple transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to gather information, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Oversee documentation, file organization, and data management to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with escrow, title, and survey processes from initial review through closing.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or in‑house environment.
- Strong title and survey review experience preferred.
