My client is looking for a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorney looking to elevate your career with a highly respected, well-established Los Angeles-based plaintiff personal injury firm. This firm offers dynamic, high-performing legal team that values excellence, collaboration, and results.
Seeking a Litigation Attorney with 8+ years as an attorney with 2+ years in personal injury experience, including trial experience, to handle a robust caseload and play a key role in our litigation and trial practice. This is a full-time, in-office position with a strong support team and a culture of success.
Salary plus a percentage bonus from fees of cases settled
Plaintiff's side
💼 Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage discovery and document review
- Handle court appearances and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations
- Provide day-to-day legal counsel to clients
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers
- Maintain compliance with legal standards and firm procedures
✅ Qualifications:
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Trial experience is required
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Strong knowledge of litigation and trial procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Team player with a proactive, client-first mindset
