A nationally recognized law firm known for its commitment to excellence, client service, and collaborative culture is looking for an experienced Labor and Employmwent Partner to join the team. They serve a diverse client base across industries, providing strategic legal counsel and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage labor and employment matters including litigation, compliance, investigations, and advisory work.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on employment law issues such as discrimination, wage and hour, labor relations, workplace policies, and employee benefits.
- Represent clients before federal and state courts, administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, NLRB), and in arbitration.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise associates and junior attorneys within the practice group.
- Collaborate with other practice groups to provide integrated legal solutions.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in [Insert Jurisdiction].
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior attorneys.
