Labor & Employment Counsel - Fortune 500 Litigation (Remote)
An AM100 labor & employment law firm is hiring a seasoned litigator to join its EPLI team. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to work on high-stakes matters for Fortune 500 clients-without the burnout. Compensation: $150,000 to $240,000
Job Responsibilities
- Take ownership of EPLI cases from intake through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and lead mediations
- Deliver strategic, high-quality legal counsel to sophisticated clients
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized team of L&E litigators
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience (defense side)
- Deep experience handling EPLI matters and agency claims
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence
- Preferred States: California, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington
