A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney to join its growing Charlotte office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established team advising a diverse client base on a broad range of employment matters.

Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Counsel clients on a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including workplace policies, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Handle employment litigation matters, including:
    • Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
    • Wage and hour disputes
    • Wrongful termination cases
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and case strategy development
  • Partner closely with senior attorneys and clients to deliver practical, business-focused solutions

Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school (required)
  • 2-4 years of labor & employment experience (law firm preferred)
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Experience handling employment litigation or counseling matters
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients
