Hospitality Attorney
A nationally recognized client is seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Hospitality Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. This role involves advising on a wide range of operational matters, with a strong focus on IT/IS agreements, marketing, distribution, privacy/data security, and procurement.
Location: Candidates located in Seattle, Portland, Spokane, New York City, and Washington, D.C. are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel in the hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors, including hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, travel agencies, and restaurants.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly in IT/IS, marketing, and procurement.
- Advise on privacy and data security compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of commercial transaction experience.
- Background in marketing, distribution, and procurement within the lodging or travel industries.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, and data security preferred.
- Active license to practice law.
