Additional desired experience includes handling catastrophic injury, product liability, construction defect, habitability, transportation, or general liability matters; drafting discovery and pretrial motions; cross‑examining plaintiffs or fact witnesses; and conducting court appearances or depositions, with trial or second‑chair trial experience considered a plus. Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
Compensation is determined by factors such as experience, education, licensure, market conditions, and organizational needs, and the role is bonus‑eligible. As a full-time position, it includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring retirement savings options, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and disability and life coverage. The salary range is $190,000 to $250,000 USD.
