A leading national labor and employment law firm is seeking experienced employment attorneys (7+ years) to join its team as Special Counsel in a fully remote capacity.
This role centers on managing administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a diverse client base, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Responsibilities include direct case handling and supervision, strategy development, drafting and reviewing legal documents, depositions, and representation at hearings and trials. Occasional local travel may be required.
You'll focus primarily on administrative matters and single-plaintiff litigation, with opportunities to engage in class actions, PAGA cases, and broader labor and employment issues. Collaboration is key, and you'll work alongside partners and attorneys, supported by a dedicated team of paralegals and shared administrative resources.

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred:
- Law firm experience
- EPLI-related case experience
- California bar admission
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $185,000 - $200,000 (based on experience and billable hours target)
