A prestigious AmLaw 200 firm known for its commitment to professional excellence and community involvement seeking a motivated and skilled associate attorney with 2-3 years of general litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on construction litigation.
This role requires admission to practice in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of general litigation matters, with a focus on construction litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex cases.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Florida.
- 2+ years of general litigation experience, with a focus on construction litigation.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
