- Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for sanctions screening and AML compliance capabilities.
- Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging financial‑crime risks, regulatory changes, and industry trends to inform product direction.
- Lead the development and continual refinement of compliance sanctions products extending to screen engines, rule configurations, name list management, while ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage solutions for PEP and adverse‑media screening, customer‑risk scoring, single‑customer view, and ongoing monitoring controls.
- Partner with risk and compliance teams to align product features with AML frameworks, typologies, and risk‑assessment methodologies.
- Ensure systems remain performant, auditable, and regulator‑ready.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in compliance
- Strong expertise in AML, FCC, and Sanctions
- Background in financial services, preferably payments
