Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually + discretionary annual cash bonus
About the Role
Our client, a leading financial technology firm specializing in securities finance and trading is seeking a Compliance Associate to join its team. This role supports regulatory obligations and internal monitoring processes, assisting with reviews, reporting, and maintaining compliance procedures. It offers exposure to a broad range of compliance activities and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination of regulatory reviews and filings
- Support due diligence and contribute to AML-related reporting
- Monitor compliance procedures and maintain accurate records
- Help implement and document compliance processes and training initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in compliance, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or related discipline
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
