About the Role:
Our Boston office is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies and emerging businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes effectively.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client counseling.
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience at a reputable law firm.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with complex business disputes, contract litigation, and related commercial matters preferred.
