Corporate Counsel - Litigation & Enforcement Matters (Global Technology Platform)
A global technology and services organization is seeking a Litigation Counsel to join its U.S. legal team. This role sits at the intersection of commercial disputes, regulatory response, and internal investigations within a highly matrixed, international business.
This is a true in-house litigation role - not just oversight of outside counsel. The individual will help shape strategy on disputes, subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and compliance-sensitive matters impacting a large-scale global delivery model.
Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial disputes, arbitrations, and investigations from strategy through resolution
- Responding to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and regulatory inquiries
- Overseeing and coordinating discovery, including document collection and production
- Managing and partnering with outside counsel
- Advising on compliance-related issues across subject areas such as data security, export controls, and immigration
- Supporting cross-functional stakeholders to ensure legal risk is addressed proactively
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation or government investigations
- Background at a major law firm, government agency, or sophisticated in-house legal team
- Experience managing or overseeing internal investigations
- Strong stakeholder presence and ability to operate independently
- Admission in NY or NJ (or ability to register in-house)
This is an opportunity to move into a high-impact, globally integrated legal team where litigation intersects with regulatory and business strategy.
