Auto Defense Litigation Attorney
We are currently partnering with the preeminent and nationally recognized law firm with a strong reputation in insurance defense litigation, to identify both a junior and senior Auto Defense Litigation Attorney for its Houston office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to handle sophisticated auto, transportation, general liability, personal injury, and catastrophic injury matters while working with a collaborative team and an impressive national client base.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handling depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Developing case strategy and providing guidance to clients
- Working closely with partners and fellow attorneys in a team-oriented environment
- Maintaining direct client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
What they're looking for:
- 3+ years of defense litigation experience
- Experience with auto liability, transportation, general liability, personal injury, and/or catastrophic injury matters
- Admission to the Texas Bar
- Strong writing, communication, and case management skills
- Trial experience is a plus
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues
