My client is a leading digital financial platform and we are recruiting for a Legal Counsel to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all legal related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders in the market. We are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry.
Responsibilities for this Intellectual Property Counsel - Digital Financial Platform
- Negotiate and draft legal documents across general procurement contracts, liaising with service provider, vendors third party, etc.
- Providing full legal support and rendering legal advice and handling of legal agreements in respect of a broad spectrum of matters
- Manage the trademark portfolio
- Advise on IP portfolio management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as regulatory bodies on legal and compliance issues
Requirements for this Intellectual Property Counsel - Digital Financial Platform
- Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in tech, fintech, or IP law
- Strong understanding of trademark law, IP portfolio management, etc
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
