Litigation Attorney
A nationally recognized, rapidly growing law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney with 2-8 years of general litigation experience to join our dynamic Florida team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for meaningful professional growth within a respected, forward-thinking firm.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general litigation matters, including legal research, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of complex cases while taking on increasing responsibility and ownership of matters.
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage and participate in all phases of litigation
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Handle depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues across practice areas
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
- 2-8 years of general litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and efficiently
