About the Role
The team is seeking an associate attorney with strong experience in real estate finance, particularly with lender-side work. The practice supports a high-volume flow of complex transactions, with a significant portion of work originating from the New York market.
You will work closely with senior partners, including a key partner who is an industry leader in real estate finance, and will have meaningful responsibility from day one.
What They're Looking For
- 3-4+ years of real estate finance experience
- Lender-side transactional experience
- Debt finance exposure or a genuine willingness to learn
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High work ethic, strong intellect, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced practice
- Ability to support a senior partner with a significant NY-driven finance practice

Role Logistics
- Billable target: 1,950 hours
- Bonus threshold: 2,000 hours
