FCC Manager - Regional Corporate Bank

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
As AML Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the bank's Financial Crime Compliance framework. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing transaction monitoring processes and investigations to identify suspicious activities.
- Providing sanctions screening oversight and ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.
- Acting as a trusted advisor on AML and FCC matters, offering guidance to business units and senior management.
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory standards.
- Supporting regulatory reporting and liaising with authorities when required.
- Driving internal training and awareness programs to strengthen compliance culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in AML/FCC within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring, sanctions, advisory, and policy review.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
