This group serves as a trusted advisor to technology and life sciences companies at every stage of growth-from early-stage startups to global public corporations. The team has guided clients through billions of dollars in transactions, including strategic acquisitions, venture investments, and high-profile exits for high-growth companies.
Position Details
- Title: Corporate Associate (M&A)
- Location: Flexible across major U.S. offices (Bay Area, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, Boston)
- Experience: 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate law firm
Requirements
- Active bar membership in the state of the office applied for (or eligibility to sit/waive into the next exam)
- Superior academic credentials
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with or interest in technology and/or life sciences transactions
- Familiarity with venture capital financings, private equity deals, and cross-border transactions
