A leading global law firm is seeking a senior attorney to join its nationally recognized Products Liability team. About the Practice
This team represents manufacturers, suppliers, and other businesses in complex products liability, toxic tort, and commercial litigation matters nationwide. Attorneys handle sophisticated disputes involving industries such as automotive, consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, technology, retail, and other innovative sectors. The practice regularly manages large-scale litigation matters, including multidistrict litigation and coordinated state court proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, and other court filings
- Oversee written discovery, document collection, review, and production
- Conduct legal analysis related to causation, failure analysis, and liability issues
- Collaborate with clients and litigation teams to develop case strategy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and case management
- Support large-scale litigation matters, including MDLs and coordinated proceedings
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in products liability litigation or complex commercial litigation
- Strong litigation, case management, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience handling discovery and substantial written advocacy
- Familiarity with multidistrict litigation, coordinated proceedings, or other complex litigation structures
- Active bar membership in the state where you reside and admission in WA and/or CA
