This opportunity offers the chance to work on cutting-edge matters involving complex class actions, consumer protection issues, and groundbreaking litigation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the law.
What You'll Do
- Handle sophisticated litigation matters in federal and state courts
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Take on meaningful case responsibility from day one
- Work directly with experienced trial attorneys on high-profile matters
- Contribute to novel legal theories and precedent-setting cases
- Participate in all phases of litigation, from case strategy through resolution
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of litigation experience (2+ years may be considered with a federal clerkship)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience handling matters in federal court
- Commercial litigation experience is welcomed
- Open to attorneys from either the plaintiff or defense side
- Active Florida Bar membership required
- Federal clerkship experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary ranging approximately $150,000-$250,000+, depending on experience
